A team of 10 specialists provides technical project planning, in-house service, on-site service, installations, upgrades, maintenance, and spare parts supply, taking into account individual user needs and processes.

Online services further ensure efficiency and flexibility. These include online evaluation of laser tests, assignment of treatment codes and remote maintenance.
We offer individually configured maintenance contracts for our users as well as our distributors.

Our distribution partners receive extensive technical trainings, ensuring the same high service standard for all users worldwide. IVIS engineers and technicians assist our distributors and partners worldwide, in finding individual solutions.
